Our house will be clean on your arrival and it will be tidy enough. This means that there will be books on every storey, or piano books, traces of our children when they were young, and things We guess that to some it will not appear 'tidy'. It shows, however, that people are actually reading and living here. All machines (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, espresso machine, etc) are modern and in good shape. We expect that people to find everything back how we left it. Quiet children are allowed (we have two children's bedrooms), on the third floor (ground floor counting as first floor).
