We are a family of 4 with 2 friendly cats. Remco (53) works as a Logistic Projectmanager and loves to run, mountainbike, litarature and gardening. Irene (50) works as a consultant in Sports for the community of Deventer. She loves too cook, walk, yoga and pilates. Sanne is 19 years old and a Biomedical student. As a volonteer she is a lifeguard. Aileen (15) is at college and loves horseriding. We combine living in our small but lively village in the countryside with the benifits of the beautiful historical cities of Lochem (7 min), Deventer and Zutphen which are both only a 15 minutes drive.

Beskrivning av hemmet vi erbjuda att byta bort
You will feel welcome in our bright family house. It has 3 double rooms with 5 beds at your disposal. A sixt bed can be made by putting an extra matras on the floor. Our kitchen is fully equiped, one toilet is on the ground floor and one in the bathroom upstares, so you don't have to come down at night.
Outside you can enjoy our large private garden with sunny terraces and trees that give you enough shade in hot summers. Summer dinners you can have at the wide garden table and you can rest on 2 garden sofa beds or in the hangmat under the tree. Although our own children has grown older now, we do enough space to play safely and there is a swing in the garden.
You can eat the nuts from our wallnut tree and vegetables from our garden for free.

Our lovely detached villa is in the middle of everything. Our house in in a quiet street with a lot of privacy in a small but lively village with shops and restaurants. The pitoresque town of Lochem is at 7 minutes cardrive (20 minutes by bike) and the historic cities of Zutphen and Deventer at 20 minutes to the city centres. Both Deventer as Zutphen are mideaval cities with very attractive historic centres, with lots of cultural events, fine shops and restaurants. Within 20 minutes of our house their are several interesting museums. Amsterdam is at 1h15 cardrive.The rural surroundings are very attractive with very old forests where you can walk, hike, cycle and mountinebike. In our village is a very attractive open public swimmingpool, tenniscourts and playgrounds. In our village you can hire a lot of fun activities at www.uniekeuitjes.nl or even book a hot air balloonride.
