We are Jeroen and Antoinette, enjoying our pension and parents of 3 grown-up children and proud grandparents, and we have a sweet dog. We love to travel the world and are excited about house exchange! We love gardening and taking long walks on the beach close to our house. The guesthouse next to our house is available for exchange year-round.

Beskrivning av hemmet vi erbjuda att byta bort
Come stay in our unique farm-guesthouse overlooking our beautiful garden and fields with small horses (fallabella's). We have recently renovated the guesthouse to make it extra comfortable and suitable for longer stays. The garden has many lovely seating area's so you can move along with the sun.
The guesthouse has a 50m2 open plan living space with an open (newly placed) kitchen, dining table and seating area, there is also a toilet and shower on this ground floor. There are stairs leading to the 25m2 mezzanine bedroom, which has an ensuite bathroom and a lovely view over the garden. (Extra beds or a baby bed available upon request.)

Beskrivning av vårt grannskap och omgivning
We live in on the outside of the green village Wassenaar. We have a large, lush garden, full of flowers and enclosed by small water canals. We are surrounded by green meadows with horses. Also right behing our house is a beautiful golf course. The town centre is a 5 minute bike ride away, and there 4 supermarkets in a 1-kilometer radius. Also the beach is close, and getting there means a wonderful drive or bike ride through the dunes. In case you are into children-friendly themeparks, Duinrell is 5 minutes away. We are ideally situated between the cities The Hague and Leiden and are a 25 minute drive from Schiphol Airport, and a 40 minute drive from Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Leiden is ideal for taking the train to anywhere in the Netherlands.

We live in a lovely village with cute town centre, forest and beach & dunes all nearby. There is a newly opened modern art museum called museum Voorlinden which is worth a visit. Another fun outing is the amusement and water park Duinrell. The Dunes are perfect for bike rides and long (or short) walks, as are the various woods that can be found in Wassenaar. There are numerous golf courses in the area, including one right down the street.
We live in the region called the 'randstad', which is an area of the Netherlands with many must-visit cities like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Leiden, Utrecht, Rotterdam.
