HOSPITALITY (to couples / 2 persons) continued from end June 2023 !!

NO EXCHANGE around Christmas & New Year + NO EXCHANGE IN SUMMER 2023 (end June-July-August-mid Sept) ... as we definitely won't travel during these periods !!

!! AVAILABILITY of our COMPLETE apartment = 3-8 May / 12-30 May / 10-25 June only! NON-simultaneous reciprocal exchanges with favorite destinations ONLY & we normally do ± 6/7 day exchanges minimum = during our 2 month round trip through Southern Italy, for which a few exchanges still have to be arranged !!

* Note: with reciprocal HOSPITALITY after mid June: we normally offer 4 nights maximum and for 2 persons only.

Parties from ITALIA & SOUTH-AMERICA & from greater LONDON + NYC (all 5 boroughs etc.) => non-simultaneous exchange + hospitality stay with us encouraged;
=> with us to you from 2023 or onward : we now intend to visit Colombia-Peru-Chile-Argentina 3 months starting September 2024 or 2025!

OUR HOME
Duplex, real quiet with no through traffic & waterfront terrace =>
105m2 – 2 storeys, real quiet with no through traffic and a 15m2 waterfront terrace with evening sun, along a big canal!; 400m only to historic centre and all shops real nearby! Downstairs: living room w/ adjacent (dining)-kitchen; Upstairs: big parental bedroom plus a 2-nd bedroom, both w/ kingsize beds and the study w/ comfi 2-bed sleeping couch (10 secs to fold). 5 steps direct ground-access, 15m2 terrace along the waterfront & also a front balcony, parking underneath the building, possible use of our bikes, car exchange if preferred.

2023/2024 =>midweek as well as long weekends within driving distance & do surprise us! We consider all serious offers & normally answer within 2 days; personal emails please, fishing mail ignored!
