Our beautiful two story townhouse with three bedrooms and three bathrooms is located in charming Bucerias Mexico. We have a whole house water softener/filtration system so you can drink safe water straight from the tap. On demand hot water in the casa conserves gas use. The living room TV has an Amazon firestick for your Netflix, Prime etc. plus many free channels. Another TV in the master bedroom can be used to watch DVD's, there are many in the condo. There are mini split Air Conditioning units in all three bedrooms and the main floor. We have a total of thirteen ceiling fans inside and out. We much prefer leaving the windows and doors open and using the fans rather than closing everything to use the AC. One of our two parking spaces is available if you plan to rent a car plus there is lots of guest parking in the complex.

All sheets, towels, facecloths, beach towels are provided. The kitchen has service for eight Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided.
The main floor is open concept with living room; marble dining room table with seating for 8; fully equipped kitchen with large six burner gas stove, granite counters, large refrigerator with built in ice maker and filtered water; all the usual small appliances are here such as microwave, toaster oven, toaster, blender, etc. laundry room with washer and gas dryer; four piece bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen walls have been finished with hand carved marble from Puebla Mexico. The mural in our staircase was painted by a local artist.
