We have lively cultural events all year round. Many artists, writers and potters live in this area. There are many lovely quiet pebble beaches to wander along, hiking trails to explore, and lots of activities posted in the local paper. You will be surrounded by nature, and all it's inspiration. Painting and art courses are offered, yoga classes are available, meditation gatherings take place, toastmasters meetings are weekly in two towns. You can hike the Schcumchuk at a high tide and watch the whirlpools. You can relax on a mountain top or in the comfort our our view home.
