We can offer a lovely apartment (completely renovated a few years ago and redecorated this year) in a turn-of-the-century building. It's not luxurious but large and comfortable and with its own charm.
In the apartment there is:
* living room with a a leather sofa, wide screen TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime available), DVD recorder and many books, DVDs and CDS; in the living room there is also a dining table that can sit 6-8 people.
* fully equipped kitchen with a terrace facing a very nice internal courtyard. The terrace has a table, so when the weather is fine it is possible to have meals outside. The kitchen is provided with dishwasher and has a small dining area (2-4 people) .
*. master bedroom with queen-size bed and cabinets.
*. guest bedroom with a sofa bed that easily converts in a double bed (this is our grandchildren's room, so it's full of toys and other kids' stuff, but it may be arranged in order to have a more adult look) .
*. studio with desks, two computers (24 hours ADSL connection. Wifi) and more books (many English ones among them) . This room has a small balcony full of flowers facing the street.
* main bathroom with shower and a laundry area with washing machine.
* half bathroom (wash basin, WC, bidet) .
Central heating. No air conditioning. Ceiling fans in every room. High ceilings. Marble floors. 2nd floor. No elevator.
