Two-room 75 m2 air-conditioned apartment completely renovated in May 2019 from two to four people with kitchen / living room with sofa bed, bedroom, laundry room with washing machine / double bathroom, large bathroom and balcony. In an excellent position and close to supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, tobacconists, shops. Not available in the months of July and August.

The house is located in a quiet area with all the facilities. The use of the car is necessary and it is possible to park the car under the house. Marzamemi and the most beautiful beaches in the surrounding area are just a few kilometers away, 2 km for Marzamemi, 5 Km for S. Lorenzo beach, 10 km for Vendicari / Calamosche beach and 5 km for Portopalo / Isola delle Correnti. Syracuse is 50 km away, Noto 20 km, Modica 40 km, Ragusa 50 km.
