Our preference is for adult family as there are steps within house and it is not suitable for small children . The house needs some maintenance
when occupied like feeding the two cats ( who are not allowed inside) and watering some plants in polytunnel . In general we do not use heating in summer and water is heated via solar panels and a boost every now and then by the heating system . The living are has a stove which heats the living kitchen areas. Our listing shows no children but we really mean no infants or toddlers but there is not any option to say this. Children are not a problem and are welcome - Over 6 preferably.
