Beskrivning av hemmet vi erbjuda att byta bort
The beautiful and modern mid-terrace house is only a 15-minute walk away from the city center. It is located in a sheltered courtyard that can only be used privately. Only residents drive their vehicles here. The neighborhood invites you to either enjoy the sun on the covered terrace in the morning (east orientation), where the mini garden is also located, and to grill, or to enjoy the afternoon sun in front of the main entrance. You will find both peace and contact here. The house has a total of 5 rooms. On the ground floor there is the entrance with cloakroom, guest toilet, the large dining room with an open transition to the kitchen and a winter garden. The dining room leads to the garden or the covered terrace. Everything a grill heart desires is located here. The children's floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom is on the 1st floor. It also has a TV and dressing room. The parents' bedroom with a small bathroom and TV is on the 2nd floor. In the house is a basement consisting of the laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also another TV in the painting room. A small workshop is also housed here.

The neighborhood is quiet and very pleasant. Families with children are accommodated here as well as quiet seniors or couples. The house is located in a listed area that creates your special flair. With the neighbours you can also celebrate nice and cozy evenings in front of the door. There are several houses located in a closed and safe area for children. The walk to city centre is just 10-15 minutes. Next shopping center is 10 minutes away. You reach the nature by a walk of 5 minutes. Within 40 minutes you reach Freiburg, and Starssbourg. Basel and Karlsruhe are 1h away. You are located on the edge of the black forrest. Europa-Park is 15 minutes drive away.

Exciting things nearby are certainly: nature, the Black Forest, the Vosges, climbing parks, amusement parks, Europa-Park, Vogtsbauernhöfe, on the border with Alsace / France. Switzerland and Basel are only 1 hour away. Lake Constance can be reached in 2 hours. The student city of Freiburg can be reached in 35 minutes, as can Strasbourg in Alsace. The Rhine invites you to take beautiful walks, as does the whole area around the Rhine plain. The area is known for good wine and first class cuisine.

It is important to us to find the house as it was when we handed it over. Clean and orderly. Beds made and tidied up. You are welcome to use the supplies. We expect a corresponding replenishment before leaving the house. Since we have some greenery in the garden and house, watering would be appropriate. Everything that can be seen can of course also be used, unless it has been specially marked.
