We are looking for an exchange with the Netherlands over New Year

A 3-floor Victorian house with garden, great for families, opposite the railway station (direct to center of Paris 1hr),in a small town with all amenities. Surrounded by woods for walking.
Our house is very easy to live in, with space for everyone - for quiet reading or music listening downstairs to watching TV upstairs. The whole garden is enclosed, so very safe for children. The back garden has no vis-a-vis from neighbours and is very private and has more sleeping facitilies in the annexe. The town is well located for visiting Paris, Versailles, Chartres or going south to the Loire wine valley.

Downstairs: entry with space for coats and shoes, toilet with shower, lounge, dining room, kitchen. There is room to eat in the kitchen (which we normally do during the week).
First floor: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower and second toilet.
Second floor: TV/family room with sofa.
Garden annexe: playroom, bedroom, bathroom
