We are a family with two adult children and we are looking for an exchange of a minimum of 1 week in the summer of 2024.
Our apartment is very pleasant and very well located in the north of the Marais.

Very nice apartment renovated, with the charm of old Parisians flats, on 3rd floor. It is located in the center of Paris, a famous area “the North Marais” and very close to the main touristic places of Paris (5/15 minutes by walking to Centre Pompidou Beaubourg, Picasso museum, Gaité Lyrique, Place de la République, Canal Saint Martin, Opéra, Chatelet, Marché des Enfants rouges, theaters, …). 3 minutes by walking to take the metro (8 different lines).
There are a marital bed, 2 bedrooms with one and two beds, a kitchen where you can eat and, bathroom and toilets (surface : 90m2 ). The neighborhood is amazing (artistic galleries, nice restaurants, bakers, small supermarkets).
Many successfull exchanges already done since our Home link subscription, 2015 december.
Our children are 17 and 20 years.

Our apartment is very central, close to Republic Place and near Beaubourg museum, located in the area called "nord marais". Our street has many art galleries, restaurants, and all food shops. It is also next to many theaters. Look at the map and you will see that our apartment is very well located. We are from 4 metro stations or bus of the Eurostar station.
