located near the dives River in the middle of a swamp you will be amazed by this natural spot. But if you like nature and quiet places you may love
the seaside and sand beaches ! we are at less than 10 minutes by car from lovely Cabourg and Houlgate Town...the house has been restored and perfect for 8 persons ( 4 rooms with doble bed). you have a private garden of 2500 m 2. There is another house ( grange) where you can find bicycles...tennis table and many things to enjoy the garden.....

You are in normandy so many things to do around ! Cultures : William King story...the operation Overlord and Normandy battle ! well you can enjoy the French life style including food and beverages; visit some beautiful typical Normandy villages...but also all the advantages of the beach and the sea. The place is particularly attractive to practice kite surf...but you can also practice tennis ( Cabourg +++) and many golf course around. If you love horse riding you can find a place at less than 1 km from the house ! You can also fish in also practice many many other activities.
