Quiet environment, nice garden in the condo, uphill 5 mn walk from beaches, 10 mn walk to city center, Casino, shops and restaurants.

Dans résidence arborée, petit appartement rénové (4 personnes max) grande terrasse vue ver, une chambre, salon/cuisine avec canapé lit, coin nuit deux lits, sdb/wc; 5mn à pieds de
la plage, 10 mn des commerces, Casino, et restaurants.

From our flat, you can go to a beach in 5 minutes walk and to city center in 10 minutes; walking to the station will take you 20 mn walk; Bandol is a nice little town, many beaches with all possibilities, many walking paths (GR along the sea), shops and restaurants, casino; many coaches to visit the areas, islands (Cassis calanques, Porquerolles, Port Crau); it will take 30 mn to drive to Marseille (40mn by train).

Its important for us to let our flat to people respecting calm: its a quiet residence with essentially people no living there all year long. The flat is great for a couple, but its possible for 2 children to sleep in the night cabin (but the appartment is small.)

The appartment is not far from footpaths along the sea. Possibilities to do small cruises to Cassis, Islands...
