Our house is situated in a quite residential area, about 8 km North of the lively city of Montpellier.
The center of the village, 1,5 km away, includes various little shops, bakery, grocery store...bike rental shop etc.

The house is near various walking areas; The city of Montpellier, about 8 km away, offers a lot of activities like cafés, restaurants, museum, music, movie theaters... ( 60 000 students in the university...)
The beach is about 25 min away.
Several famous wine producers in the area ; numerous hikes are possible in the nearby back country.
Historical sites are situated further around ( Nimes, Pont du Gard...)

The house is non-smoking... Please leave it as clean and neat as you found it.
We can not have children less than 5 years old - must be able to swim as the pool is deep. We have a cat who is outside and inside. Some plants to be watered.

PLEASE NOTE: For 2023 we would like to do a non-simultaneous exchange with either Scotland, Norway or Sweden. We are not going to be at our home Feb. 1- 21 and would like a non-simultaneous exchange at that time. Home sitting at our home in Feb. (without an exchange) is also possible.
