We exchange our flat in Paris.

It's our cozy nest : very welcoming and warm. It is located at the 4th floor (without elevator) ... but the good point is the brightness and the view. The building is a typical hausmannian as well as the flat : 2 fire-place (unusable), ceiling moldings, parquet floor, mirror, ...
The flat consists of 1 double living-room very sunny, 2 rooms (one is for our 2 children with 2 beds included a crib), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 WC, 1 kitchen. The Kitchen is totally equipped.

If needed, we can propose our parking (a box) witch is located very close. There's also a room for storing strollers in the entrance of the building.

Nous échangeons notre appartement sur Paris

C'est un petit nid douillet : très accueillant et chaleureux. Il est situé au 4e étage (sans ascenseur) ... l'avantage c'est la luminosité et la vue. L'immeuble est typiquement hausmanien, de même que l'appartement : 2 cheminées (non utilisable), des moulures au plafond, parquet, miroir, ...

L'appartement est constitué d'un double salon très ensoleillé (une partie salon et une autre salle à manger), 2 chambres (dont une pour nos 2 enfants avec 2 lits dont un lit à barreaux), 1 salle de bain avec une douche, 1 WC, 1 cuisine ouverte sur l'entrée. La cuisine est totalement équipée.

En cas de besoin, nous pouvons vous laisser notre parking (c'est un box) qui est situé tout prêt. Il y a également un local pour ranger les poussettes à l'entrée du bâtiment.
