Appartement clair et spacieux, métro à 3 mn à pieds, à côté de la bibliothèque de France, de la Seine, du parc de Bercy et de la cinémathèque. Nous sommes ouverts à toute offre en France pendant les vacances scolaires et aux offres de proximité pour longs week-ends ou courts séjours (Rouen, Caen, Orléans, Chartres, Amiens, Troyes, Reims ...). Nous apprécions les musées, l'architecture (églises, châteaux, bâtiments modernes) et les activités d'extérieur : vélo, natation, randonnées, ou simplement jardins ensoleillés pour 6 personnes ! N'hésitez pas à nous contacter, nous répondons à toute question et toute proposition.
Pour ces vacances de TOUSSAINT, on est très preneurs de toute offre près des châteaux de la Loire ou du Mont Saint Michel :-)

***************** THE PERFECT LOCATION TO VISIT PARIS (English) *****************
*** We live in a large (110m2), luminous, clean and well furnished flat near the Seine river in a quiet street but very trendy (the "place to be") and convenient district with everything you need in adjacent streets (less than 10 mn by feet) :
- to have fun : cinemas, bars and pubs, restaurants, art galeries, theaters, concerts on boats on the Seine or in Bercy concert hall, Cinematheque, exhibitions in BNF, ...
- to play sports : several public swimming-pools, parks, outdoor tennis court, basketball courts and playgrounds with ping-pong tables, ice rink
- and for everyday life : a twice weekly market, bakers, butchers, fishmonger, a lot of shops and little supermarkets, organic food shops, drugstores, libraries, book shops ...
*** Few time to go to all Parisian tourist sites (very convenient public transports : only 11 mn to go to Notre-Dame, the most city center) and 4 mn by feet from the subway station Bibliotheque Francois Mitterrand (subway, RER, buses, tram)
***************** A COSY HOME FOR YOUR HOLIDAYS *****************
*** Comfortable and easy home, well equipped ; a large open-space with a semi-opened kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and the master bedroom in an alcove (beds 2x90x190) ; 3 other bedrooms with large beds (140x200) ; 1,5 bathrooms.
*** Child-friendly home with toys (Playmobils, Legos, Kaplas, ...), board games, video games (Wii), quiet common garden in the yard, but not comfortable with very young children : we live at the 4th floor (nice view, but no lift !).
*** You should notice that we have a very friendly cat at home, so it seems better don't to ask for an exchange with us if you're CAT ALLERGIC, if you don't want to feed and touch an animal during your holidays or if you have a baby.
***************** OUR FAMILY *****************
*** We are Homelinkers since 2005 : you can be sure we'll help you as well as we can (there is also a homebook for you with appliances manuals and ideas for outing) and we're always very respectful with our guest's home.
*** If you need, we will also be glad to take care of your pets : we already took good care of cats, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbit, squirrels, birds and fishes.

*** We're happy to answer all of your questions and offers, so please don't be shy and don't hesitate to ask us, we like friendly and frank talks.
*** We generally prefer to schedule our exchanges several months before departure, so it's always better to contact us as soon as possible - although we could consider last minute deals if not far.
*** And sorry, but during the duration of the COVID epidemic, we will only accept exchanges under strict conditions to be defined by mutual agreement.
