Our house is located in the beautiful city of Angers at a 10-minute walking distance from the city center. We are a family of four, we have two daughters, Elsa (13 years old) and Nora (5 years old). We both work in higher education and love travelling, discovering new landscapes and visiting cultural sites. Our house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a studyroom and a garden with two parts one with an olive tree and plants and the other part with fruit trees (around 500 meters) and a terrace. The city center is at a 10/15-minute walk where you can find a great range of restaurants, shops and cultural sites (museums, cinemas, the castle) and parks. Angers is situated in the Loire Valley with many beautiful castles and at a small distance from well-known vineyards where you can do tastings. The Atlantic Ocean with its beautiful resorts is at an hour drive and visits to other cities Nantes, Rennes, Tours, Le Mans are easy to plan as they are at 1/1H30 drive from Angers. Our city is pleasant to live in for children and teenagers, many sport activities are organized during the summer. Free live concerts (Tempo Rive Festival) take place in July and August near the river la Maine. You can explore the Loire Valley by bike.
