Experienced Exchangers : Germany 2006, U.K. 2007, U.S. 2008 and Australia 2009 (after that we took a break doing other things, but now we are back for more!). Have an agreed exchange in U.K. 2022 and are looking for Eastern Canada for 2023 onwards.

One-level detached house in Tsawwassen, a small town of +/- 25,000 being a quiet suburb south of Vancouver, British Columbia. Kitchen and bathrooms have recently been completely modernized and kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, gas range, everything necessary for easy living! The master bedroom has a new en-suite shower and w.c., the second bedroom has a new guest bathroom next door with bathtub, shower and w.c. There is a washer and dryer. We have a spacious solarium and a back patio and small lawn behind. There is easy level walk-able access to shops, restaurants and buses. It is a friendly mature neighbourhood known as 'Forest By the Bay'.

Very quiet and friendly area in Forest By the Bay neighbourhood of Tsawwassen. 10-minute walk on the level to shops and restaurants. Tennis, Pickleball and two golf courses are all nearby, also churches and many local parks plus Boundary Bay Regional Park with lengthy dike walks or bike rides, bird watching (part of the Pacific Flyway) including bald eagles, herons, snow geese. The popular Reifel Bird Sanctuary is a short drive away. Beach and water activities are close. Easily accessible by car or transit to YVR airport, city of Vancouver and a pleasant drive to the mountains of north shore and Whistler. Also only 10-minutes by car to ferries for Vancouver Island (Victoria, Butchart Gardens etc.) and the Gulf Islands, and 30 minutes to the U.S.A. border then a 2 hour drive to Seattle, Washington. Vancouver has so many sights to enjoy they are too numerous to mention here but more details can be forwarded if you are interested. The city is so multi-cultural that virtually every ethnic food group is available to sample!
