I have four adult children but will usually be looking for a place just for me and my partner. The Boundary is let commercially most of the time [hence the professionaly cleaning before and after you stay] so non-simultaneous exchanges will probably work better. As it is so large I would ideally be looking for either a longer stay in exchange for a shorter/midweek stay at the Boundary, or a high-season stay in your place in exchange for a low-season stay in mine - or, of course, an absolutely amazing location! We love the coast, at home or abroad. Sorry if this sounds prescriptive. Make us an offer ;)
