Grâce à l'accueil très chaleureux de sabine, Félix et leurs enfants, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une région extrêmement riche en possibilités : nature, culture, sport, tout est accessible à une courte distance de Deklingen. La maison est très confortable et bien située, dans un environnement apaisant. Une destination idéale avec ou sans enfants.

We loved our summer exchange at Leen and Jeffrey's house in Brugge. It has a huge garden and a lovely patio overgrown with vines where it was great to have meals on our very hot summer in Belgium. Their bikes were at hand and we loved our daily bike trips to the city centre (5km) and admired the fantastic bike infrastructure that Bruge offers to its inhabitants and visitors. One of our highlights (next to Bruge itself) was a round bike trip departing from their home and crossing the nearby pastures, fields and woods and seeing lovely castles and farmhouses on a 52-km easy-to-bike circuits. Our hosts were very friendly and we upheld a whatsapp communication all through our stay which helped us clarify small details and tips for trips. We had a great time in Bruge and would be ready to go back. Thank you!

We really enjoyed this exchange. Clean, comfortable and spacious home with large garden and freshly laid eggs every morning! We were met by the exchanger's father who's showed us around and was very helpful. On arrival, we enjoyed a home made spaghetti bolognese and lots of useful information. There was very good communication with the family who were relaxed and helpful throughout. Their home is near to Bruges and many wonderful opportunities for a short break or longer holiday. On return, our home was clean and tidy. We would highly recommend this exchange. Thank you Leen, Jeffrey and family!

We had a great week in the house of Leen and Jeffrey. A lot of space and a huge garden with both chicken and a donkey (belonging to the neighbour, though:). Jeffrey's dad welcomed us and was really helpful during the entire week. The house is close to the centre of Bruges and also close to other exciting and beautiful places/cities. Really recommendable for all families, both with and without children.

Thanks for the nice home exchange. We were warmly received, and found your home very nice, comfortable and clean. The kids had a great time with all the toys, and had a lot of fun in the large garden. They also liked to feed the chicken and the fish (and the donkey from the neighbours). We visited Brugges a couple of times, did some short trips on the tandem, and had a great time at the children's farm and playground. It was wonderful to feel like a Bruges inhabitant, and bicycle around the city, and eat good and visit all the beautiful sights around your area. in addition we had several great trips to the nearby cities and visited different theme parks with the kids. All in all a great place to travel to, especially with kids. You have a great garden and a nice place to live!
