Wir haben uns in dem sehr schönen Haus von Marie Rose und Paul sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders in dem einmaligen Wintergarten mit Blick in den imposanten Garten. Die malerische Stadt Brügge ist leicht mit dem Bus zu erreichen, und die Sonnentage haben wir für lange Spaziergänge an dem endlosen Strand von De Haan verbracht. Ein sehr empfehlenswerter Tausch. lieber Paul und liebe M-Rose, danke für eure Gastfreundschaft und euer Vertrauen das ihr uns entgegengebracht habt.Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in eurem schönen Haus und euer Garten ist wirklich etwas Besonderes.Durch das phantastische Wetter hatten wir oft die Gelegenheit,in eurem Garten zu sitzen und die Ruhe und die Idylle zu geniessen.Die Lage ist perfekt um mit dem Fahrrad im Umkreis von Brügge bis hin zum Meer tolle Touren zu unternehmen. A big thank you to Paul and Marie Rose for the lovely food prepared for us on our arrival especially the homemade chocolate mousse. Paul and Marie have a beautiful home and garden. Our favourite spot was the conservatory, and watching the fish swim in the pond. Everything was perfect. Their house is situated in a great location. It is a short bike ride to Brugge, and nearby plenty of food shops, including a farm shop where we bought fresh milk every day. We loved cycling into Brugge for lunch and trying out some of the famous Belgium beers. We enjoyed cycling along the very flat bicycle lanes especially along by the canal. We did a day tour to the Flanders fields. This was a great experience and Stephen was able to visit the grave of his great grandfather. We would recommend this tour to everyone. Paul and Marie Rose have plenty of information folders which were a great help. We had a fantastic holiday in a beautiful home.

It was a great pleasure to stay in the beautiful and comfortable house of Paul and Marie-Rose in the leafy suburbs of Bruges. Downtown Bruges, the countryside or the coast are only a short drive away. But with such a lushious garden and beautiful conservatory, it is also very tempting to just stay at home. Paul and Marie-Rose are excellent hosts / guests, who have taken very good care of our house. Thanks again!
