52m2 apartment in one of viennas greatest locations.
The flat, though in a very urban area is located towards the green patio so it is very quiet (and cool in the summertime :)
Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, vintage and design shops, art galleries, etc. in walking distance.
Public transport right across the street to get you directly to the 1st district, etc.
- bedroom with almost double bed (1,60m – fits 2 people)
- living room with a bed/sofa that one more person could sleep on
(warning: there is no door between the kitchen and the living room, so that might not be ideal :)

The 7th district (known to be very hipsterish :) is just across the street so theres lot's of cafes, bars and shops to discover.
The town hall (Stadthalle) ist within 5mins walking distance in case you wanna go to a concert.
Many parks + you can take the subway (u6) to get directly to the danube.
Tram (49) taking you directly to MQ which is a 90,000 m2 large area, home to a range of installations from large art museums like the Leopold Museum and the MUMOK (Museum of Modern Art) to contemporary exhibition spaces, festivals and cafes.
