WE ARE PLANNING A TRIP TO EUROPE BETWEEN JUNE AND AUGUST 2016. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HOME EXCHANGE PREFERABLY IN FRANCE OR ITALY, BUT WE ARE HAPPY TO CONSIDER ALL OPTIONS.
WE ARE ACTIVE RETIREES, WHO LOVE GOLF, TENNIS, CYCLING, SWIMMING WALKING. WE ALSO LIKE GARDENS, HISTORY AND ART
In exchange we can offer you our very comfortable, 2 berm, 2 bthrm, recently renovated Noosa apartment is within a 10 min. walk from Noosa Main Beach (wonderful safe swimming), the Noosa National Park (great walking and hiking), boutique shops, and fabulous cafes & restaurants. There are also several good golf courses within a 15 minute drive. Use our clubs. Eumundi Market on Saturday & Wednesday mornings is a must do as is the fabulous Farmers Market on Sunday morning. Stunning weather, wonderful coastal and National Park walks, swimming, surfing, cycling, canoeing, tennis and many other activities to persue. You are never short of activities to do on the Australian 'Sunshine Coast.

Our neighbourhood is low rise apartment blocks close to the beach, shops and restaurants. A lovely 10 minute walk through the bush will take you to the beach and the Hastings Street Shopping Strip. There is also a good shopping area with two supermarkets, a cinema and cafes within 5 minutes walk fin the other direction from our apartment. We are very well located.

From our well located apartment it is a short walk to the beach, to beautiful walks through the National Park and also to shops, restaurants and cafes. To travel to the several golf courses or other attractions in the area, of which there are many then you would need a car. We have golf clubs and bicycles that you can use.
