Our home is in the lovely seaside village of Mollymook Beach, It is a modern and comfortable home in a quiet location. Our home has a television room, family room and covered outdoor entertaining area leading to the garden. There are three bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite plus separate bathroom with bath and shower. Fourth bedroom used as study. Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the house.

There is a 55 inch HD television, a high definition recorder and a DVD Blue Ray player. Fast broadband connection is available with Wi Fi. Password for modem supplied if required.

Mollymook Beach is situated 194 km or 2 hours 38 minutes drive from the Southern suburbs of Sydney or 2 hours from Wollongong with a beautiful coastal drive. The capital of Australia “Canberra”is two hours forty minutes from Mollymook Beach. Thredbo alpine snow fields are five hours drive. The South coast area is host to activities such as water sports, canoeing, walking tracks, whale and Dolphin watching.
