Como/South Perth is very central to Perth city and you will find restaurants, cafes, taverns, butchery, supermarkets, clothing boutiques and a heritage listed cinema - the Cygnet Theatre in the area. There are buses travelling into the CBD of the city (Perth) every 15 or 30 minutes depending on whether it is the week or weekend. At the end of the street there is a bridge that takes walkers over the freeway to a jetty on the Canning River - a place people catch a cool breeze or have a go at throwing out a fishing line. If you are a keen walker you can stretch out and head to the Swan River and catch a ferry across the CBD of Perth where there are many cultural and heritage attractions.

Short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, movie theatre, park, bowling club, hotel, bars, river and Perth zoo. Short bus ride or 6-8 minute drive to Perth City centre.
Freemantle famous for the America's cup sailing competition and win by the infamous West Australian Allan Bond only a 20 minute drive by car or 30 minute bus ride. The beautiful Freemantle city centre, marine museum and boat harbour are worth a visit plus don't forget the beautiful renowned West Australian beaches only 15 minute drive from Como.
