Right in amongst it all, yet so private! Park the car and sit on the balcony to take in the magnificent view, watching the dolphins at play. Or take your pick of the plethora of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. There are so many beautiful walks to be had, including the estuary which takes an hour (and has a few cafe stops along the way). Wander across the road to the movies, explore the shops, check the views from the lookout. Ferguson valley is only a 15 minute drive, Busselton 30, and our beautiful Margaret River region not much further.
