The house is in a sand belt, resulting in all of Melbourne's best golf courses being close by. It is lovely and quiet, and great for families or people just wanting to get away with the comfort of home. Cafes restaurants and other shops are at the end of the street. The tram stop is also at the end of the street, and the bus and train are also not that far away.
