Located in the historic and attractive village of Lyndoch, in the Southern end of the Barossa Valley (Australia's leading wine growing region). We are located to the north of Adelaide and you can drive our automatic car or take the train to Adelaide in around 60 minutes. The home also offers easy access to the surrounding wine regions and the Adelaide Hills region. Lyndoch is one of the best places in Australia to live. Our home is spacious and it has separate lounge and family rooms which are fully equipped with two 50 inch TV's with DVD recorders attached. There is also a smaller TV in the master bedroom. Our house also has a large open plan Kitchen which then opens out onto a large patio outdoor living area which has retractable blinds and so can be used with the space enclosed or opened up to reveal the wonderful views. The patio also features a large wooden table with seating for up to 12 people which can be used for outdoor/indoor dining. It also has a slow combustion fireplace and the master bedroom has en suite facilities. There are numerous walking options from the house and the 4 towns of Gawler, Tanunda, Nuriootpa and Angaston are all less than 20 minutes drive.

Ours is a quiet neighbourhood in a country village with extensive Australian bushland in the surrounding area. The street is very quiet and is lined with large gum trees. Vineyards also surround the village and there is an abundance of native bird life.

Our house is located in a quiet street surrounded by Australian bushland. It is a short walk from the Village centre where you will find a supermarket, bakery, cafe, restaurant and a pub. There are also 2 winery cellar doors in easy walking distance.

Vad vi gillar, vad vi inte gillar ... Här är våra preferenser och husregler.

Please keep our house neat and clean - no pets. No smoking in the house, no cigarette buts to be left outside. Garden & veges to be watered by hand when 2 - 3 days without suitable rain. Patio pot plants and front porch pots watered every 2 days by hand. We live in a fairly arid area we have to be mindful to use water efficiently. Our rain water tank level needs to monitored but is suitable to supply all water needs for household use and the quality of the tank water is superior to the mains water. The house has full solar power but any excessive power use costs will be at your expense. No appliances to be left on when absent (turn off fans, A/C etc). Fridge restocked or empty by arrangement. Landline phone to be paid if used. If the fireplace is used it is to be emptied and cleaned before vacating the house. House to be locked when absent and at night and garage door and gates to be kept closed when not in use. Replace anything damaged or broken to same value (discuss if in doubt). Bin, compost and rubbish preferences to be discussed. Furniture to be left where found. Mail to be collected and left by arrangement.
