Our neighbourhood is very friendly, but quiet. Kingston Beach is a level, beach-side village bordered by Browns River and the beach.
Our home is recently fully renovated and comfortable, within walking distance of the best a relaxing seaside lifestyle can offer. We have a modern, spacious, light-filled, air conditioned and well furnished home on one level. The kitchen is up to date and opens onto the dining room & living area, which has french doors leading to a private grape trellis covered courtyard enabling comfortable alfresco living. The small garden has a watering system so is self supporting. A BBQ is installed.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a comfortable sofa which folds out to queen sized bed. Wi-Fi and Netflix TV are available.
We love our home and will treat yours with the same love and respect. We prefer to exchange with a mature couple as our home is not suitable for children.
As have been retired for 12 years and traveled all over the world as well as grey nomading around Australia & New Zealand.
One of our adult families live close by and would be available to help or advise you to maximize positive outcomes during your stay.
