A lovingly cared for & spacious 1950s house with jarrah floors and leadlight windows. 3 x queensize bedrooms. Main bedroom has ensuite with bath. Separate family room and lounge room. Our home is a split level home with only 3-4 steps between levels. The dining room over looks a covered patio. The family room opens up on to a deck. The deck and/or patio is perfect for morning brunches and evening meals. Public transport is 200m from our front door and a bus will take you directly into Perth City within 20 mins.
Our home is only 5km to beautiful swimming and surfing beaches.

Our neighbourhood is a leafy suburb of Perth. We are close to shopping, schools and gyms with easy bus access into the City. There are lovely lakes close by with walking and cycling tracks.

Perth has more sunny days than any other Australian capital
city! There is wonderful scuba diving off the coast and you can even swim with dolphins if you want.
Margaret River with its vineyards and amazing beaches and coastline is only 4 hours away by car and is well worth a visit. Rottnest Island is just a short ferry trip away and is a great day trip.
