My cosy tudor home is 10 minutes drive from the cbd, 20 minutes drive from the hills and vineyards and 15 minutes from the beach. The vineyards in the southern region are only 30 minutes away. All of these areas are beautiful sights. The River Torrens meanders through the city and you can ride on a slow boat past the university, zoo and convention centre. The Botanic Garden and our famous market are in the city centre. Cleland National Park is only 10 minutes drive away and is home to many of our unique native animals. Many visitors like to cuddle a koala whilst there! The market is very popular as it is held in an old warehouse where it has been since its inception. The bus stops are less than 5 minutes walk from my house. In the city is our famous Adelaide Oval where cricket and football are held. Many people love Adelaide because it has the benefits of a big city without the hassle of heavy traffic and the high costs of dining out and parking.

My neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. My home is in a lovely tree lined street with very friendly people. Supermarkets, parks, shops and cafes are all within a 20 minute walking distance. The homes are older with a lot of character.
