We are a family of 3. Brett is 64 and retired, Claudia is 58 and teaches year 6 in a school at Gosford. Our daughter is 19, just finished high school and is loving working full time which means she won't beable to travel with us as much. We all absolutely love where we live and invite you to come and experience it for yourself.

SYDNEY-CENTRAL COAST
Our home is a spacious Beach House situated 50m from the unspoilt Copacabana Beach. It has ocean and beach views, great for swimming, surfing, fishing and hiking. We are bordered by Boudi National Park to the south and Avoca and Terrigal Beaches to the north. It is a short stroll to the beach, cafés, shops, the surf club and the lagoon.
Our house has 3 bedrooms plus in-law accommodation with 2 full length decks and coastal views. There are 3 bathrooms, separate rumpus and plenty of space for relaxing, BBQ’s and sea breezes.
We are interested in an exchange within Australia/New Zealand any time during April, July, October or December NSW school holidays. We are also interested in a 4 week overseas holiday to England and Europe during July 2019.

Our neighbourhood is very friendly with a great sense of community. People come from Sydney to visit their holiday houses, so there is always a buzz around the shops and cafes. All is in easy level walking distance. Our beach is patrolled from September to April. We love whale season – they travel North in June/July and come back south in October/November. They can be seen from the comfort of our house. Sydney is 60 minutes on the train, 70 mins on the motorway, and the Hunter Valley wine country is about a 75 minute drive. As for shopping, we have a fabulous shopping centre at Erina Fair- 10 mins drive, local food shopping- 5 mins at Kincumber, or a short walk to local shops for convenience items. We are also 5 mins from the cafes of Avoca Beach and 10 mins from the very popular Terrigal.

From our house it is a short walk to a patrolled beach, Cochrone Lagoon, cafes, shops and surf club. The southern end of our beach is known as Macmasters Beach which joins Boudi National Park. It offers an array of hiking trails and bush walks. A short drive will take you to Patonga Pub, or a ferry ride to Palm Beach.
For the punters, A Day at the Track, horses or greyhounds.
Annual Events- Whale Migration, 5-Lands Walk, Christmas Carols, ANZAC service, Australia Day events, beach season.
