Hello! Thank you for your interest. I would prefer quieter visitors, out of respect for the neighbors. Smoking is not allowed in the building or in the garden. As a few additional details regarding conditions, dogs are not allowed, but cats are possible. Plants only need care every other week, if you are staying for a long term stay.

My boyfriend is based in the UK, so I travel quite often. I can do non-simultaneous stays easily, especially if you allow well-behaved dogs.
