Monkeys, toucans, macaws, occasional sloth and numerous birds and butterflies visit regularly. Short walk to a waterfall. Costa Rica is paradise. In one of the most popular tourist areas of Costa Rica with many restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. Tennis, fishing, deep sea fishing, zip lining, hiking, beautiful deserted beaches or more crowded beaches, surfing, etc. A car is recommended although taxis will come up to the house.
