This is a home we built 5years ago ,Its on the edge of the seaport fishing town of Puerto Penasco or Rocky Point as some call it in the state of Sonora Mexico 60 miles below the US Arizona border . Its about 200 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.Its in a gated community almost at the estuary inlet overlooking the Sea Of Cortez and about 300 feet from the water .The two upper Master bedrooms ,one which has a large tub,are on each side of a 26ft,brick domed great room with views of the sea and the islands.Its close to town with its fish market and many resturants and vendors .We will trade this during any season but the best season s are the fall and spring ,winter is also mild with temps similar to Phoenix Arizona, We ar planning to visit family in July and Aug and want to trade for a place in central Paris primarily .
