Master bedroom on top floor with king size bed and ensuite luxury bathroom with large soaker tub and shower with skylight, two bedrooms on main floor with twin beds, living room with fireplace, dining room leading to kitchen with mountain views and outside deck with BBQ and patio. Fully furnished basement with family room / entertainment room with game systems, foosball table, and lots of board games. High speed WIFI with iMac. Double futon in office/4th bedroom and queen futon in family room. Volvo station wagon available for use if vehicle available in exchange.

Our quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood in East Vancouver is central to everything Vancouver has to offer. We are a ten minute drive to downtown, 20-30 minutes to beaches and mountains.
There are many shops and services within a few blocks, and vibrant Commercial Drive with multicultural shops and restaurants is a short walk away.
Bike trails are easily accessible to explore Granville Island, Stanley Park and outdoor pools and parks and markets.
There are parks nearby, outdoor pools at nearby community centres, Trout Lake is a short drive away. We are a 45 minute drive from the airport, it's only a 2 hour drive to Whistler, and a 45 minute drive to the ferry terminals which are jumping off points for the Southern Gulf Islands and Vancouver Island.
And a 45 minute drive to the USA border.
