- In Calgary backing on to the provincial park, our home offers great views and access to trails straight from the house. See loads of birds, deer and coyotes from the house, decks or back yard hot tub.
- Fully equipped home with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 living rooms on three floors including a fully developed basement with a bedroom, wood fireplace and full bathroom. The living room also has a hide a bed so 2 more could sleep there if required.

Beskrivning av vårt grannskap och omgivning

- Our neighbourhood, Deer Run, is a quiet suburb with shops, restaurants and public transit. It is nestled in Fish Creek Provincial Park which abounds with nature trails for walking and cycling most of the year; or shoe shoeing and cross country skiing in the winter. It also includes a small lake, Sikome, which is less than 4 KMs from the house. We back on to a field in the park adjacent to the Bow River which is renowned for fly fishing.
- The local mall area which is 3 KMs away meets all of the necessities. It includes two supermarkets, a department store, several restaurants, two pubs and various other local services. There is a small mall 1.5KMs away.

- Our home is a 1 ¼ hour drive to either Banff National Park or Kananaskis Provincial Park which are two spectacular locations in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
- The Calgary Stampede in July is known as the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth. It provides great entertainment for all ages.
- Calgary also has many fine restaurants, several museums and other activities and establishments typical of a large city.
- We usually prefer meals at home - especially steaks or other meat cooked on the gas Bar B Que on the deck rather than eating out.

- We want the house and property left as found.
- We do not need a simultaneous exchange as we have a condo in Palm Springs which is also available for exchange.
- We want to go away somewhere in Europe for 7-10 days this April. We are also interested in other dates and longer times later in 2017 and beyond.
- Inclusion of motor home is negotiable.
- A car is available.
