Homexchangers since 2012, our home is located in Central Paris, Left Bank, 15eme arrondissement.
It is a beautiful 100 m2 apartment in an old building in Art Deco style. It is on the 3rd floor, with lift.
It is quiet, sunny and without vis-à-vis, overlooking gardens: a real treat!
It is very comfortable: three rooms (1 bed 160 x 200 ans 2 beds 90 x 200) - a kitchen where you can have meals overlooking the dining room - an adjoining sitting room with fireplace (prohibited fires) and sofa with two extra beds - a bathroom and a shower room.

The district is calm and lively as well : we live in a small street but there are all around all shops and facilities. The 15th arrondissement is a familial district so quiet and secure.

Metro "Porte de Versailles" at 7 minutes by foot
Bus 39 and 80 (direction Paris Centre et Montmartre) at 3 minutes by foot.
Tramway (direction Porte de Vincennes et Le Défense) at 7 minutes by foot.

Our children are happy, full of life, curious and rather well behaved. They are quite calm, love to draw and read, play board games, Playmobil and Lego. They learn the music (flûte), kendo, judo, theatre.

Located in the 15th arrondissement, rive gauche, in the south part of the city. Between Porte de Versailles and Convention, in a small street nearby.
The arrondissement is both quiet and full of animations, with 2 great and so different parks : Georges Brassens' park and André Citroën 's park. There are also some historic places : "Le bal nègre" a wellknown dance bar of the 20's Tout-Paris or "La Ruche", an area for artists which buildings come from the 1900' s universal exhibition... at 5 min by foot from our home : nice walks in the neighborhood.
There are very good restaurants in the area (guide Michelin, Gault et Millau)

Porte de Versailles : exhibition center (Foire de Paris, Salon de l'agriculture, salon du chocolat....)
Aquaboulevard - aquatic complex.
Quartier Convention (cinemas, restaurants, theatre, shopping...)
Public squares with playgrounds for children.
Markets about three times a week.
Tram, Subway and Bus (Champs Elysées and Le Louvre in less than 20 min)

The area is ideal for discovering new flavors. And contains high quality handicraft shops, as well as take away shops, bakeries and pastry shops for meals at home.

We made a book with full of good addresses in the area and further more : restaurant, bars, bakeries...
