8 minutes to reach the central square of the city by tram : shops, cafés, restaurants, monuments and museum. Visit of the historic center of Clermont-Ferrand with the gothic cathedral and the romanesque church of Notre Dame du Port (UNESCO heritage list).
Close to the Park of the volcanoes : walk, mountain bike, lakes, Vulcania (european park of vocanism). Less than 30 minutes to go to the chaine des Puy volcanoes range; the area is a paradise for hiking.
