We, Nanou (59) is a biology teacher in a college, Jean-Hugues (59 too) is an IT engineer in the university of Brest, live in a green district in the city of Brest, in Brittany the west coast of France. We have sons and daughters in law Jeremy, Anne, Nicolas and Erika who lived in Paris and Bruxelles, but they don't travel with us (usually).
We have already exchange 11 times in Europe and North-America.

Villa with garden located in a quiet greenery residential area, 5 min from downtown of Brest, a town close to the ocean at the far west of Brittany.
Earth side, the city (150,000 people) is very well served in transports : airport 20 min from home, put us at 50 min of Paris and 1.5 hour from London and Dublin, TGV (high speed train), and highway towards Nantes and Rennes.
Sea side, it is easy to access the beaches or take the boat to the Brittany's islands Ushant, Sein and Molene.

We are mainly looking for 2-4 weeks for summer everywhere in the world, and also shorter exchanges in Europe, during long week-ends or short holidays, but will consider and respond to all offers.

Our area is green and very peaceful, the house is in a cul-de-sac (no passing cars or trucks), and the street is like a small community of friendly neighbours who could help you if necessary.

Our house is 5 minutes from centre town in car, 10 minutes by bus or tramway. Brest is a living city of 150,000 peoples wher you can find many shops, bar and restaurants. You will find in our "welcome book" our best addresses.
