A multi-story major shopping centre is 10 minutes away by bus. Two more shopping areas with supermarkets restaurants and cafes are only 10 minutes walk. A few minutes walk to small supermarket, café and doctor's rooms.
The amazing Lone Pine Sanctuary where koalas can be cuddled and kangaroos can be patted and hand fed is only a short distance away.
Chapel Hill is close to major arterial roads so Ipswich, the northern Sunshine Coast and the southern Gold Coast (which includes Surfers Paradise) are easily accessed.
Chapel Hill is also a safe, friendly neighbourhood with beautiful walks up to the summit of Mt Coot-tha where you can enjoy a coffee, ice cream or selection of food from 2 restaurants. This is where you will see spectacular views over Brisbane.
