From the moment we entered we felt at home. The views drew us right out to the deck, we spent plenty of time out here watching the migrating humpback whales . Very comfortable unit with new appliances throughout. Mark & Barbara had left us a meal which was appreciated as we arrived late in the afternoon. Close to the beach for walks & only a few kms from Hastings Street .shops & restaurants close by as is a bus stop if you don’t have a car. Thanks again for the opportunity to exchange.

Sunshine Beach unit was exactly as described in the post as well as on the Sunseeker web site. The unit was well equipped, lots of linens and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the proximity of the unit to the beach with its a patrolled swimming area, access to the hot tub and pool and views from the patio. Would recommend the Noosa National Park coast track, the Noosa Aquatic Centre and scenic drives to the hinterland, especially Mapleton Falls.

We've loved our exchange with Mark very much. Everything was perfect and well prepared. The area is very safe and walkable, public transport is very close by and the beach is stunning. Thank you very much for this great exchange!

A wonderful time here! We especially enjoyed the gorgeous pool! Did lots of walks both in the immediate area and further abroad and were also lucky enough to get a couple of nights on the Sunshine Coast too! We stayed at Mark's holiday apartment on the Sunshine Coast. It was beautifully located and we had a great visit with our young grandsons, who loved the beach and the pool. We also enjoyed trips to Noosa. It was a non-simultaneous exchange and we enjoyed meeting Mark and Barbara briefly in the UK.

First exchange and first time in Australia.... such a wonder when we woke up on the first day due to birds sound!!! Second strike with visiting Lone Pine Koala sanctuary few hours after wake up! No doubt we were in Australia! Beautifull and quiet place to stay! Wonderfull place to visit
