two-floor house with four bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a 400 m2 garden in a small village between the capital of austria vienna and a lovely small town called tulln, 900 m from the trainstation with direct connection to the cities, 38 minutes ride to vienna by train; house has three rooms for children with enough space for two people and a smaller bedroom with large bed (200x220). it is not a very modern house and it definitely needs renovation, but we really love it, we live her since 2013 and we really like that it is close enough to the city to go to theatre, museums, cinema or fancy cafés and far enough from the city to have nature, peace and the opportunity that our kids can ride their bikes in front of our house and draw on the street.
