We love our bright, fresh and modern apartment! We have a very large balcony which is perfect for me (Maria) for I am a gardener/landscaping architect. The back yard is green and lush with a play area for kids and seating for us grownups. You can also borrow a barbacue grill and eat al fresco.
It's an open plan 2-bedroom apartment situated in Hammarby Sjöstad, which is a beautiful area on the waterfront with very modern architecture just outside Stockholm's inner city core.
There is a free ferry that takes you to hip Södermalm in 5 minutes. This is one of Stockholm's city core islands. The ferry is 5 minutes away from our apartment.
It takes about 15 minutes to go to downtown Stockholm and the Old Town by public transportation.
The tram station is only 4 minutes away.
