Our lovely Victorian family home is situated in one Edinburgh's most desireable areas. It is well served by public transport,car not required unless you want to explore outwith Edinburgh.
The house has a secure enclosed back garden and is suitable for children to play safely, there is also a small front garden. There are two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, three bathrooms and a small toilet/utility on the ground floor.
Our location gives you the best Edinburgh has to offer, just five mins walk away there are three beautiful green areas to walk/run/bike. A children's park with tennis/basketball/football area is less than a five min stroll away. The U.K's largest dry ski slope is situated 10 mins by car/bus. There are three supermarkets, lots of lovely independently run shops, great coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance.
Edinburgh city centre can be reached by bus in twenty mins or you can walk in 40 mins.
