Flat, grassy areas on all sides of the house. You can drive right up to the front door. Trampoline is fun for children.

You can enjoy our seating area at the Esplanade Reserve but access down to the beach is from Arawa Street. The beach is great for walking (flat and wide) and the sunsets are glorious as the sun sets on the horizon for most of the year.
