Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Large, cozy apartment in the centre of Split
The apartment is situated on the first floor in the 3-floor stone building. It is all renovated in 2009.
Although in the centre, the location is rather calm, as 2 bedrooms facing south, are back yard side, kitchen and one bedroom are facing street, not to noisy.
High ceilings gives you feeling of more volume, 76 square meters.
All necessary places are at your walk distance, so we don t need a car.
3min. walk to Old city and Diocletian's palace.
Apartment is well equipped with all necessities, even the safe.
July and August is already exchanged.
We also offer 2 studio apartments on the island of Zlarin. They are not avaliable in July and August, but swimming season lasts from May- October.
