Our house is in a very quiet area, close to the sea. It 'just a short walk from the Lido Centro train station from where every 30 minutes a train to Rome. Nearby there are all necessary shops, supermarket and pharmacy. In addition, the area offers excellent pizzerias, restaurants and ice cream shops where you can enjoy the Italian cuisine at very reasonable prices. Returning from Rome, after a day spent immersed in the wonders of the city, you can relax on the beach and take a refreshing swim in the sea. A few minutes walk there are several beach resorts and the Ostia harbor is 2 km away. The area offers beautiful very interesting archaeological sites such as Ostia Antica, the Port of Traiano and the Necropolis, can all be visited with the help of specialized guides.
