We are a couple 56 / 66 years old, our main residence is in Loire Valley and in Paris.
We like much to travel to Alps during winter (February or March 2019) for skiing.
We appreciate old and authentic houses (mountain cottage in swiss, austrian, italian or french Alps).
We offer to exchange with our seaside house in Ré Island for any season 2019, except June and July.

Seaside house restaured in 2016 by a parisian "decoratrice". Lot of charm, character and authenticity.
Large living room with open kitchen and yard for outside lunch, and 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom.
Located in La Flotte-en-Ré, small harbor classified as"Plus Beaux Villages de France",
closed to the old famous market and pedestrian streets for shopping.

La Flotte is an authentic village full of charm that offers an exceptional quality of life, in an idyllic and preserved environment : take a coffee in the morning on a sunny terrace of the harbor, enjoy the charm and the peaceful atmosphere, then discover the market place with its appetizing local products, the beach "l'Arnérault", near the port ; then, taste a delicious ice-cream wandering through the shopping streets, or local specialities in one of the many restaurants of the port.
